About
Elliot Frayne
Passion. Experience. Diligence.
I know your company’s workers’ comp strategies, inside and out
Elliot was born and raised in the Twin Cities and knew from an early age that he wanted to use the law to help people. He received his undergraduate degree from Augsburg College before graduating from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul. While at Mitchell Hamline, Elliot competed nationally on the mock trial team and represented injured workers as a certified student attorney.
After law school, Elliot was hired at one of the largest work comp insurance defense firms in Minnesota. During the five years he worked there, he represented employers and work comp insurance companies. He learned how employers and insurers approach work comp claims, their tactics, and the strategies they use to limit the benefits they pay to injured workers. Now, he uses that knowledge and experience to get the maximum benefits for his clients.
In his free time, Elliot enjoys home projects, playing ping pong, and spending time with his dog Thich.
